This page sets out the terms of participation in the “Busselton Jetty Environment Foundation Tourism Raffle”
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- The promoter of this Raffle is Busselton Jetty Inc (the “Promoter”) (ABN 87 30 7179 949) of 17 Foreshore Parade Busselton WA 6280, Australia.
- Permit number LS222736324
- By entering the Raffle, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- This raffle is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
- All relevant instructions on the Promoter’s digital platforms, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS OF ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY
PRIZES
- Raffle starts on Wednesday 8 January 2025.
- Raffle ends on Saturday 15 February 2025
- Entry to the Raffle is open to all Australian and International residents (Entrant) aged 18 and over.
- An Entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
- Entrants can enter the Raffle as many times as desired.
- The winners will be asked to provide photo ID.
- A person or organisation associated with provision of any prizes is not eligible to enter this Raffle
- Each raffle ticket is $25 (AUD).
- To enter in the Raffle, participants must pay the Raffle ticket price upfront and in full and complete all details required on the raffle ticket. Incomplete tickets are not eligible to win.
The prizes are as follows:
1st Prize:
- 7 nights Premier King room Crown Towers with Crystal Club access for two and valet parking.
And enjoy a week out and about at these WA tourist attractions
- Rottnest Fast Ferries day trip with 2 Adult Bike hire;
- WA Museum Boola Bardip private tour with CEO Alec Coles and afternoon tea at Epoch Café;
- Two Feet and a Heartbeat Walking Tour: Fremantle Convicts, Culture and Street Art;
- Fremantle Prison Behind Bars or True Crime Tour double pass;
- Matagarup Zip and Climb double pass;
- Matagarup Mini-Golf 18 holes Family Pass 2 adults and 2 kids;
- Optus Stadium 90 minute behind the scenes tour – double pass to explore private facilities usually reserved for sporting and music stars as well as scenic views of the Swan River, Perth skyline and Matagarup Bridge;
- Swan River Lunch Captain Cook Cruise for 2 adults including lunch on board Swan River cruise from Perth to Fremantle return with captain’s commentary, buffet lunch and dessert and reserved table seating 2 hours 45 mins.

2nd Prize
Windward Balloon Adventure – Avon Valley Hot Air Balloon Flight and Breakfast on the Avon River for two people. Witness spectacular views of the Avon Valley from aloft in a giant colourful hot air balloon up to 2000 feet above sea level for 4-5 hours, plus accommodation at the Farmers Home Hotel in Northam with food and beverage vouchers.
3rd Prize:
- Pinnacles Lobster Yanchep Day Trip with pick up in Perth with Autopia Tours including morning tea at the Yanchep Lavender Farm or Yanchep Chocolate Drops, lunch at the Lobster Shack in Cervantes, visit the Lake Thetis Stromatolites and then the Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park, witness seasonal wildflowers and iconic wildlife – 9 hour tour.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless specified otherwise.
- Each prize is subject to specific terms and conditions as determined by the respective prize donor. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, expiration dates, restrictions on usage, or other stipulations outlined by the donor.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to review and comply with the terms and conditions associated with their prize. Busselton Jetty Incorporated is not involved in setting or enforcing these conditions and cannot make exceptions or modifications.
- Limit of Liability Busselton Jetty Incorporated acts solely as the organiser of the raffle and is not liable for any issues arising from the use, redemption, or delivery of the prizes, including but not limited to:
– Non-availability or substitution of prizes by the donor.
– Any defects, malfunctions, or dissatisfaction with the prizes.
– Any costs incurred by the winner in claiming or utilising the prizes. - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busselton Jetty Incorporated disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) suffered or incurred by a participant or winner in connection with this raffle.
RAFFLE DRAW, CONTACTING WINNERS AND REDEMPTION
- The winners will be selected through a barrel draw on 15 February 2025 at the Busselton Jetty Administration Office. The Entrant name or ticket number drawn is final.
- Prizes will be awarded in the order tickets are drawn:
– The first ticket drawn wins the Major Prize.
– The second ticket drawn wins the Second Prize.
– The third ticket drawn wins the Third Prize, and so on - The winners will be required to provide matching photo ID.
- The winners will be announced on 19 February 2025 in the Busselton Mail newspaper and will be contacted via phone and/or email by Busselton Jetty Incorporated.
- Winners must claim their prizes by 19 March 2025 Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn or otherwise distributed at the discretion of Busselton Jetty Incorporated.
PUBLICITY
- It is a condition of accepting the prize/s that BJI has the right to publicise the winners for any promotion or matter incidental to the raffle, if required.
- If the winners choose to accept the prize/s, the winner is agreeing to participate in any news or media activity surrounding the raffle (including at the time of redeeming the prizes) and the publication of their name and entry on Busselton Jetty’s website, social media sites and other marketing material owned by Busselton Jetty Incorporated or that of the respective prize donor.
DISCLAIMERS
- Neither Busselton Jetty Incorporated nor any of its personnel, will be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.
- Neither Busselton Jetty Incorporated nor any of its personnel, will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred if, for any reason, the raffle is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity.
- Busselton Jetty Incorporated is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by a third party connected with this raffle.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
RESERVED RIGHTS
- Busselton Jetty Incorporated reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The decision of Busselton Jetty Incorporated in all matters relating to the raffle is final and binding.
PRIVACY
- BJI will collect and handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. If required BJI may contact entrants asking them to provide further information to verify their entry.
- By entering the raffle, you consent to BJI using your personal information submitted to contact you directly about news, events, promotions, products, and general information in relation to the organisation. This may be via sms or email. You may unsubscribe from the Busselton Jetty mailing list at any time.
