We at the Busselton Jetty value the feedback and insights of our community and now we’re seeking your feedback on our Underwater Sculpture Park, which has been open since June 2023.

Competition Terms & Conditions
- Free to enter: This competition is free to enter
- Eligibility: This competition is open to entrants that are 18 years or older and have visited the Busselton Jetty Underwater Sculpture Park since June 2023. Only entries received between 29 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 are eligible for entry. The winner’s age will be verified upon contact.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the survey within the specified timeframe and must provide relevant personal information in order for Busselton Jetty to contact them for the purposes of the competition.
- Prize Details: The prize is a Busselton Jetty retail gift hamper valued at $250. Collection of the prize will be in person at the Busselton Jetty or can be couriered if the winner is located outside of the City of Busselton area.
- Prize Draw Process: The prize draw will take place on 4 July 2025 and the winner will be selected at random (using a random online generator) from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the draw. Prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, is non-transferrable to a Busselton Jetty tour and no exchanges of retail items will be given.
- Privacy and data protection: All personal information will be handled in accordance with Busselton Jetty’s privacy policy.
- Limitation of Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by participants as a result of entering the survey or receiving the prize. BJI does not accept any liability for risks associated with prize acceptance or redemption.
- Compliance with Laws: This promotion is subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant state and territory laws.
