Donation Requests
Busselton Jetty Incorporated (BJI) receive a large number of requests each year for ticket or tour voucher donations from various organisations, clubs, schools and charities. In light of this and given BJI is a not-for-profit organisation, there is 2 annual rounds where community groups and charities can apply for donated tickets. Preference will be given to WA based organisations/charities.
All donation requests must be made in writing on the donation request form.
BJI reviews all donation requests in June and December only.
June requests are for events occurring from July to December each year and December requests are for events occurring from January to June each year. All requests must be made online using the official Donation Request Form below, if there is no form below you’re outside the request intake period. Donation requests will not be accepted via email, letter, Facebook messenger etc.
BJI has a maximum amount of free tickets it can offer as donations each year. Therefore, this is a merit-based application process and successful applicants will be those who can offer the best return to BJI for its donation.
We cannot support requests for monetary donations or sponsorships. Preference will be given to donation requests for return train tickets.
Successful applicants will be notified via email 2 weeks after the cut-off dates being 24 June and 24 December, each year.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be required to complete a post-event report, located below.
