- Please be advised that a booking fee is applied for online bookings at the checkout.
- Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) for the duration of the Jetty Train journey and the Underwater Observatory tour.
- Children under 3 are free but they must have a ticket (select ‘infant’ at time of booking) and will be required to sit on an adult’s lap during train rides.

Jetty Walk Information
- Access to the final 150 metres of the jetty is only possible during the Underwater Observatory opening hours.
- During the Interpretive Centre’s opening hours – there is a small fee of $4 for a Jetty Day Pass for those 17+ years.
- The Jetty Day Pass provides you with access to the Jetty for diving, fishing, swimming, or walking activities.
- The Jetty is 1.8km long and the walk takes approximately 25 minutes each way.
- Jetty Walk Tickets are valid all day and can be purchased at the Interpretive Centre.
- Admission is free when the Interpretive Centre is closed.
- Prams, walkers, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are allowed on the Jetty. Please watch out for the Train and move out of the way when necessary.
- Annual Passes to the Busselton Jetty are available. Adult Passes are $50.00, Pensioner Passes are $25.00.

Jetty Train Ride Information
Relax while the Jetty Train driver transports you 1.8km out to sea across the sensational waters of Geographe Bay and back to shore again!
- The Train departs the Interpretive Centre on the hour.
- Train Tickets are valid for one return trip and can be used as a Jetty Day Pass for walking.
- The Return Jetty Train trip takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
- Bookings are recommended and can be made online, at the Interpretive Centre, or over the phone on (08) 9754 0900.
- Children under 3 are free but they must have a ticket (select ‘infant’ at time of booking) and will be required to sit on an adult’s lap during the ride.
- If you require your wheelchair or walking frame during the Jetty Train journey or Underwater Observatory tour, please select the Wheelchair option when booking online or notify staff at time of booking.
- Prams/strollers (including compact folding types) are not permitted on train due to limited space and safety requirements. We recommend the use of a baby carrier.
- No fishing gear, diving gear, or large luggage is permitted on the train or in the Underwater Observatory.
Underwater Observatory Information
- The Underwater Observatory is located 1.7km along the Busselton Jetty.
- Explore with a guide and descend 8m to the ocean floor via a spiral staircase of 60 stairs.
- Tickets for an Underwater Observatory Tour include a return train ride, a 45-minute guided tour of the Underwater Observatory and a Jetty Day Pass.
- Underwater Observatory Tours depart on the hour and take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete.
- The Underwater Observatory can accommodate 44 people per tour.
- Access to the Underwater Observatory is only possible via a tour.
- A lift is available for those with limited mobility.
- Children under 3 are free but they must have a ticket (select ‘infant’ at time of booking) and will be required to sit on an adult’s lap during the Train ride.

Marine Discovery Centre Information
Immerse yourself in the underwater world of our Australian Marine Parks. Discover marine life that lives below the ocean surface without getting wet in this fully immersive 30 minute experience.
- Located within the Visitor Centre, opposite Shelter Brewing Co. Look out for the Shark on the windows.
- The Marine Discovery Centre can accommodate 30 people per session.
- Access to to the Marine Discovery Centre is only possible with a booking.
- Bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
- Prams are not permitted within the Marine Discovery Centre due to space limitations. We recommend the use of a baby carrier.
- The Marine Discovery Centre is fully accessible for those who require wheelchairs or walkers.
- Infants 4 and under may enter free with a full paying adult.
